I really enjoy Simple Truth food products sold by Kroger so when I was offered to try some cleaning products by them I was excited to do so. Simple Truth products are all made with natural and/or organic ingredients to make a healthier product for your family.

The items in my kit were Paper Towels and Cleaning Wipes. Both of these products did as good of a job as there non-natural counterparts but I was glad to use something that was safer and healthier for my family to be exposed to.

I would definitely recommend trying some out if you are looking for a more natural product for your cleaning purposes.

I always know going into a Susan May Warren novel that I’m going to love it and Storm Front was no exception. Ty Remington has been the character that I feel we’ve known the least about from prior novels so it was nice to find out more about him. It was also great to catch up with Brette Arnold, the girl who got away from Ty and that he couldn’t stop thinking about. Both of these characters had some issues in their spiritual and personal lives that they needed to come to terms with. I felt frustrated with both of them at times and just wanted them to see what others saw in them and what God saw in them.

It was also nice to catch up with Kacey and Ben and see their story come full circle. This was an action packed book that was hard to put down. The worst part is knowing that there will be a wait to see what happens with Jess and Pete!

The publishers provided me with a copy of this book. All opinions are my own.

I absolutely love Simple Truth products sold by Kroger so when I was offered to try some for free I was very excited! Simple Truth products are all made with natural and/or organic ingredients to make a healthier product for your family.

The items I was sent were strawberry fruit and grain bars, almonds, and lip balm. The fruit and grain bars are reminiscent of Nutri-grain bars but so much better for you! My son and I absolutely loved them. The almonds are just natural salt free almonds that make for a great snack. The lip balm tasted very fruity and kept my lips feeling great.

I would definitely recommend trying some out if you are looking for a more natural product for your food, household items, or beauty items.

Troubled Waters is the long awaited story of Ian and Sierra. The things they have overcome on the way to love have been difficult on the both of them and the things that happen in this book are no exception.

When a fundraising attempt aboard a yacht goes awry Ian and Sierra find themselves in the fight for their lives. When circumstances force them to face their feelings for each other and help each other to survive will they choose love or their fears?

It is suspense filled and will keep you on the edge of your seat waiting to see what comes next. While this book largely takes place outside of Montana it is just as great of a read as the others in the Montana Rescue series. You will feel invested in the lives of these characters and the things that occur to them and will be rooting for them until the end. This book also follows a side story of Pete and Jess’s relationship and the hurdles they are trying to overcome.

I would certainly recommend this book and the only fault I had with it is that it ended too soon! I can’t wait to read the next book in the Montana Rescue Series!

I was provided a copy by the publisher. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Every year I look forward to Melody Carlson’s new Christmas novella. This year’s, The Christmas Blessing, is historical set in the 1940’s. It is about Amelia Richards who finds out that her baby’s father, James, was shot down somewhere in the South Pacific. Amelia struggles as a single mother of a new baby and sets out to find James’ parents. Problems arise for Amelia since they don’t know about her or the baby.

As always Melody Carlson’s characters are characters that you can root for and relate to. Even though this is a short novella there is still some growth and you can still feel like you know them. This is a good quick read that is sure to get you in the Christmas spirit.

I received this book from Revell. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This is a little different type of post but I wanted to make everyone aware of the great organic products that are available at Kroger! Recently Kroger sent me some free samples of organic items along with some coupons to score some free items. All of these products were great and I’m so happy that my local Kroger carries these types of products. Check them out if you get the chance!

A Matter of Trust follows the characters of Gage Watson, a former pro-snowboarder turned PEAK Rescue team member, and Ella Blair, a state Senator. The two knew each other back when Gage was still riding professionally and Ella is partly to blame for his career ending. Sparks flew back then and they continue to fly when these two are unexpectedly teamed up to help locate Ella’s missing brother Oliver out on the slopes. The book uses flashback to relay what happened back when Gage and Ella first met and lets us know why Gage isn’t too happy to see her at first. Once they are back on the mountain fighting for their lives and trying to locate her missing brother the two realize that the feelings they first had for each other may have never completely disappeared.

This novel is filled with excitement and adventure and you will want to keep reading it until you are finished. Readers of the previous two books in the Montana Rescue series will be excited to continue the story of these characters. It also sets up a story for the future novels to come in this series. Susan May Warren does it once again with A Matter of Trust and I can’t wait to read the next book in this series!

I received a complimentary copy of A Matter of Trust from the publisher, and the opinions stated are all my own.

Under a Summer Sky is the third book in the Follow Your Heart series but they can be read in any order. It is a feel good, summer romance type of book that would be perfect to read while poolside or at the beach. It follows the character of Nicole Anderson, a high school teacher, who gets to spend the summer in the city of Savannah running her friend’s art gallery. Of course while there romance occurs! This is a good clean romance that can be read very quickly. The characters are written well and the setting is quite picturesque. While this is definitely not the best book I’ve ever read it is a fun read that I would recommend if you were looking for something light.

I have read Becky’s Porter Family Series and wasn’t sure if this would live up to the greatness of those books but I was pleasantly surprised that it did. True to You is about Nora, a genealogist, and John, a former Navy Seal who comes to her to dig into his past.

The way that these characters are written and how they evolve is one of the best parts about this book. After reading it you will truly feel like you know them somehow. The story utilizes several different characters point of view to tell what is going on. It was great to get into the heads of a few different characters instead of just being told from one’s point of view. It is a Christian fiction book so God is weaved beautifully into the story and it has an inspiring message of trusting God in everything.

I would highly recommend this book and can’t wait until the second book in this series comes out!

I received this novel from the publisher. A positive review was not required and all opinions expressed are my own.

The Devoted is the third novel in the Bishop’s Family series and follows the character of Ruthie Stoltzfus. She is 17 years old and is at somewhat of a crossroads. Will she stay with the Amish faith that she grew up with or will she leave this place for the ways of the world? Helping add to Ruthie’s indecision are two men, one Amish the other an Englischer, who are both interested in her. Helping to guide Ruthie and the other characters is David Stoltzfus, her father and the Bishop.

Every character in this novel is beautifully well written and well rounded and each one grows from the beginning to the end of the novel. I have read several of Suzanne Woods Fisher’s novels and I have grown to love the town of Stony Ridge. Lovers of her previous novels or Amish fiction in general will be enamored by this new book.
